New hobby !

As salam.

New hobby ? Memasak can consider as hobby x ? Since move in, the cooking spirit is membuak2 xleh nk tahan..wah,the passionate ,dh habis msk,siap bleh pkir esok nak dinner apa.ya,itulah me now since dpt my own 'office'. ok,ai adalah jarang msk,even blk kg,ai will help dlm potong memotong sahaja & let my mak do that.ada jugak msk,tp sgt jarang.

then,b4 kawin,my sis is in charge sbb i tumpang her house-so tugas ai adalah jaga anak sedara main toys or layan him asking upin ipin..wah,sungguh mudah skali-tunggu turn nk mkn,ai will hidang & basuh d dishes..as simple as that.

jadi,bila dpt my own kitchen-even ni adalah owner punya-tp sbb she has a new set of kitchen cabinet+ nice stove,ai always looking fwd to cook.alhamdulillah,so far as ai msk,no complaints from hubs yet he mkn nasi 1 pot setgh ( or maybe lebih coz aku bangsa mkn lauk byk,nasi sekadar sesenduk dua aje ).now,ai train him ,nasi hanya limit ke 1pot stgh je ,sbb kang hari2 dinner 2 pot,membuncit plak bgi johan.dh la lunch pon mesti dia mkn kt opis kan..yg penting,lauk suma kalu ada kuah tu dia mmg kasi licin bersinar punya..alhamdulillah..lagi smgt nk msk membuak kan...

so far,i dh msk,gulai ikan bawal,udang masak lemak cili api , sambal sotong & sambal sardin (sardin pon u need skill ye,if just pour buta2 wihout put extra chilli paste,the taste sgt la xsedap ) with tambahan lauk & sayur.owh,my style,ai will cook complete meals ,ex : 1 main dish , sayur & add dish mcm telur dadar or ikan grg.this has been practised since then.kes tgk apa mak masak,then kita pon apply.rs xcomplete kalu mkn 1 lauk je.

for now,our fridge mmg always full dgn binatang2 ,sayuran & ulaman,stok kentang,bwg,halia & others .& in case kalu ada sesapa ding dong dtg,i always have things to cook nk jamu.( ni kes belajar dr kesilapan ..kih..kih..).

yesterday ,went for pasar mlm at the area & mmg stock up baik punya.ada ikan pari,ikan kembung,ayam,sayuran2,fish cake & so on.wah,in my head now mcm2 tgh pikir nk msk.today,balik nk msk asam pedas melaka.owh,seyes xsabar nk blk msk tau.usually,aku smpi umah around 6pm ( if jam kt jln ampang,if clear aje,zass thru duke & nkve can reach at 545 pm ) .
so,ai will quickly tanak nasi ( takut lupa ) ,masak main dish ( slalu main dish will took some time sbb based nya kuah ),so ms ni terus take time goreng ikan/telur/any additional dish & last is sayur. & sometimes,between cooking ni,ai will do laundry ( depends on baju kalu dh penuh machine,then xnak penuhkan bekas laundry tu )..so,dlm 1 jam 30 mins (kekdg kejap je kalu benda basah dh siap siang ).siap bleh tgk safiya & sambil tgk buletin utama after maghrib around 8pm dh selamat msk perut..

so,that's my routine & i'm enjoyed doing that.hopefully,the passion tu always there & xhilang smpi bila2..he..he..
